The valuation of properties requires immense experience next to a sound training. The valuaer must evaluate e.g. location, possibilities of use, state of repair, suitability for certain purposes etc.

At least equal to the technical evaluation of the property is the determination of the evaluation method adequate for the property, the right capitalisation interest rate calculation and the right determination of factors for sqm price and depreciation.
